Meditation Workshop

If you desire stress release, inner stillness, peace and an experience of your foundation, this workshop is for you. This workshop teaches the Ishaya's Ascension, a powerful easy natural form of meditation. The Ishaya’s Ascension techniques are meditation tools that USE THOUGHTS to access your inner consciousness, that place of pure potential, vast stillness and unending peace. There is no need to quiet the mind with Ascension. This inner foundational part of ourselves is the key to everything and experiencing it is what Ascension provides, at deeper and deeper levels. You will easily learn the initial four “Ascension Attitudes”, which can be used anytime anywhere with eyes open or closed. This practice brings us to our natural state of being – in the present moment where all creation takes place. It is very easy to learn and to use, making it a lifetime gift. Some of the benefits of Ascension are: improved sleep, improved health, slows the aging process, stress reducer, releases the critical mind, develops witnessing consciousness, increases intuition, insight and clarity, and provides vehicles to experience an intimate relationship with the depth of what we all are. This fun interactive workshop is offered over two days. Day one you will learn the first three Ascension techniques and day two will be spent “Ascending” together and the fourth technique will also be given, with a special very ancient ceremony.  Ascension is not a religion and no belief system is required for these powerful tools to effectively work. Ascension is our natural state and therefore is easily accessed once the right tools are learned.

Once you learn Ascension you are welcome to join the weekly free group of “Ascenders”, who meet to Ascend together and share their experiences. Ascension is taught worldwide; you can repeat a workshop for free anywhere it is taught, after you have learned. The workshop fee is $300.00. Ascension is also offered one-on-one in the comfort of your home or our office, if you prefer. Please call for details.

Consciousness 101 Class

This uniquely important class is taught in three parts.

         Part One: What is Consciousness and Why Is It So Important?

         Part Two: The Science of Consciousness

         Part Three: What Keeps Me from Experiencing It Fully         

Consciousness is the key to everything, it is our foundation. Come learn the basics of what it is, how it is experienced and why you should care about it. Guided meditation and relaxation techniques will be used to help you experience your own inner vastness. Answer questions, such as where did I come from and where am I going to?  Within consciousness lies all pure potential, all information and everything manifest, including you!  This class is taught three consecutive Thursday evenings from 7:15 to 9:00. You will receive a notebook and lots of information for future reference. The class fee is $108.00 for all three.
